To submit a listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Listings & Submitted Content

By submitting a listing or any other content to the Site, you grant FindASaaS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

Some features require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided on the Site.
