Privacy

Account data. If you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in the clear. If you sign in with Google we store the identifier that provider returns instead.

Listing data. Everything you type into a listing — product name, description, links, images — is public by design. For listings we added ourselves before anyone claimed them, that content comes from the product's own public website.

Usage counters. We count views, clicks and upvotes per listing so founders can see traction. These are aggregate counters, not per-visitor profiles.

Payments. Card details never touch our servers. Checkout is handled by Stripe, and we keep only the resulting payment reference and what it unlocked.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking networks, and there are no cross-site trackers embedded in these pages. Directory ads are sold and served by us directly, and are not personalised — everyone sees the same ad in a given slot.

Hosting, database and storage run on Cloudflare. Payments run on Stripe. Transactional email — password resets, launch notices, claim invites — goes out through our own mail infrastructure at mailfor.dev. Product analytics are collected in aggregate by Ninelytics, operated by the same studio that runs findasaas.

We send transactional email: account and password messages, listing status notices, and claim invitations for listings we added. Every claim invitation contains a one-click link that removes the listing and stops further contact — no account and no reply needed. Anyone who uses it is excluded from all future messages.

Email info@9thavenue.dev from the address on the account to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting an account removes its listings, keys and personal data; aggregate counters that identify nobody may remain. We answer these within 30 days.
